The Wellness Collective is a team of highly trained massage and bodyworkers that have been in the industry for many years. We are passionate about the tremendous effects that massage has had on our clients over the years and continue to educate and grow to better assist you. Please note that we are not B.C. RMT’s due to out of province certification, therefore our treatments are most likely not eligible for use of benefits.
MEET JESS
Founder of The Wellness Collective - With over a decade of experience and a passion for helping others thrive, Jess has built a reputation as a skilled and intuitive massage practitioner. Her journey began with a love for adventure and exploration, leading her to study healing traditions across the globe, including Thai Massage, Balinese Massage, Foot Reflexology and Reiki.
Jess’s expertise goes beyond relaxation. At the renowned Cotswold Academy in the UK she specialized in Sports Massage, mastering advanced techniques like trigger point therapy and myofascial release to effectively address muscle tension, recovery and performance. She also spent years in Japan’s premier ski resorts, working alongside physiotherapists in high-demand clinics, blending clinical precision with holistic care.
Every treatment with Jess is thoughtfully tailored, drawing from her vast knowledge to create a session that truly meets your needs - whether that’s recovery after an intense adventure, relief from stress, or simply time to recharge. Her goal is to help you feel your best, so you can keep doing what you love.
MEET NADÈGE
With over a decade of experience in luxury wellness, Nadège brings a skilled, intuitive, and deeply nurturing approach to every massage. Her treatments blend the structure of sports massage with the deeply restorative qualities of relaxation, inspired by Polynesian, Oriental, and Ayurvedic spa traditions.
An active person herself, Nadège understands how the body feels after long days on the mountain or on the trail. She loves to help to release tension, restore balance, and bring the body back to ease.
Her sessions are fully customized and focus on the whole person — body, mind, and nervous system. Whether you're recovering from activity or needing a moment to reset, her intention is always the same: to help you feel better, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
